Hi! I'm Kim, and I am absolutely passionate about helping people just like you through one of the most important experiences of their lives - buying and selling homes!

Real estate has always been relevant in my life. My father was a builder, and my own family has personally made several moves through job transfers back and forth across state lines over the years. These experiences along with my background in the mortgage industry have afforded me an understanding and empathy for the stresses that can come with the real estate transaction - so I will make it a point to go the extra mile to ensure my clients are treated with kid gloves during the process.

My husband and I are empty nesters, living in Lake Norman and loving the area! After living in several areas of Georgia and North Carolina, we chose to call Lake Norman home.

Originally from Asheville, NC, we enjoy the geographical location being closer to family, as well as, the quality of life the area offers.
